CareerMetis is an industry-specific Training Program. It is designed to groom candidates in the finer aspects
that help in making an entry into the corporate world. Fresh college graduates have the perspective of students and think only in terms of core subjects and extracurricular activities. CareerMetis trains candidates in specific areas such as analytical thinking and communicative skills. The program helps in translating fresher’s skills to match the expectations of organisations.
Training sessions are workshop-style and each is led by an experienced faculty. Soft skills essentially are related to communication and interpersonal skills; it cannot be quantified easily. Training Objectives - The candidate will be able to achieve the following during the CareerMetis training:
